It looks nice, but the cucumber is cut too thick and pesto is just manky. I know we've had that discussion before...
Today I had Frosted Wheats for lunch. Yay me.
No! Cucumber has to be crunchy. Any thinner than that, and it's just a flexible green sandwich spread.
(And pesto is the food of the gods. You know this.)
